Immediately, I called Eric with O'Connor. He addressed the problem right away. I don't know what the other guys in this company are like, but Eric is great -- so make sure you get him. Eric is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, responsive, and concerned about his customers! So if you ever have a problem with pests, he's the guy to call!
