Found a cockroach dead in my 3rd bedroom!! Ugh....O'Connor Pest control came out that day...earlier than they said and called to check first...Bobby Phillips was great..no high pressure sales...I saved the cockroach and he said it was most likely a one time thing...it was an American Cockroach and rare, that it most likely got in thru a drain or gap or from the neighbor I share a wall with.......Bobby sprayed inside the house and said I had to leave for 4 hours....guaranteed for 30 days.....this happened once in 2008 and I had terminal come out....they high pressured me and scared the hell out of me telling me I probably had an infestation...anyway, it was nice not to be pressured and Bobby knew his cockroaches!
